Notice Regarding Pets on Our Property:

We regret to inform you that we have decided not to allow pets in our holiday apartments. Even though we are big animal lovers ourselves—with a friendly dog, three cats, four rabbits, and ten chickens on our farm—we made this decision to respect the needs of all our guests, especially those with allergies.

We appreciate your understanding and would be delighted if you still choose to stay with us!

Booking

Payment conditions

To make a binding reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 30 % on the total price. Please settle the invoice including the local tax no later than the day before departure. The local tax amounts to € 2.80 per person per day for individuals aged 14 and above.

Since January 1, 2023, in Italy, only amounts up to € 4,999.99 can be paid in cash. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make a bank transfer for amounts exceeding this limit.

Cancellation conditions

From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we retain the deposit. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total travel price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100 % of the price for the booked but unused days.
