The prices are per day for 2 people with a minimum stay of 4 vacation days (3 nights). For stays of less than 4 days (3 nights) we charge a supplement of € 50,00 on the stated prices.

For each additional person we charge € 32,00 per day. The stay for children aged 0–3 years is free of charge, for children aged 3-8 years we charge € 15.00 per day, and for children aged 8–13 years € 25.00 per day.

In every holiday apartment it is possible to add a camp bed in the bedrooms or use the pull-out couch for sleeping on. If needed we will be pleased to provide a cot free of charge.

Booking

Payment conditions

To make a binding reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 30 % on the total price. Please settle the invoice including the local tax no later than the day before departure. The local tax amounts to € 2.60 per person per day for individuals aged 14 and above.

Since January 1, 2023, in Italy, only amounts up to € 4,999.99 can be paid in cash. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make a bank transfer for amounts exceeding this limit.

Cancellation conditions

From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we retain the deposit. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total travel price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100 % of the price for the booked but unused days.
